Abandoned-cart segmentation
Routes by cart value and customer history instead of one email for everyone.

Before I build anything, we work out what it saves. I'd rather lose the project than ship pointless automation.
Real automation looks boring: a report in your inbox every Monday, a lead score updating in HubSpot. Boring, until you notice you've stopped doing 8 hours of manual work a week.
I pick the tool for your stack and budget, not for a referral fee.
Fastest to build, the most app integrations. The most expensive per task at scale.
Fast winsVisual editor, more power than Zapier, mid-range cost per operation.
Visual logicOpen source and self-hostable. The most powerful, and free to run on your own server.
High volumeNode.js or PHP services when no-code can't do it. Hosted on Railway, Vercel or your VPS.
The hard stuffClaude for nuanced writing, a GPT model for general tasks, a smaller model for high-volume work, open-source and self-hosted when data can't leave your servers.

AI-native invoicing. Claude and other AI agents can run a whole billing workflow. Live, with paying users.

AI support agents for your website, WhatsApp and email, all in one inbox.

Keeps WooCommerce and Clover POS in sync for restaurants, both directions.
30 minutes on what's manual and repeated. 3 to 5 candidates, ranked by ROI.
The exact workflow, the right tool, a fixed price and timeline before any code.
Tested on staging with real data. AI prompts tuned until quality holds.
Live with error alerts and logging. Documentation handed over.
30 days of free fixes. Optional retainer to keep improving.
Zapier is the fastest to build with the most integrations, but the most expensive per task at scale. Make has a visual editor, more power and a mid-range cost. n8n is open source, self-hostable and the most powerful, with the steepest learning curve. I recommend one based on how complex the workflow is and how often it runs.
No. I pick the model for the job: Claude for nuanced text, a GPT model for general tasks, cheaper models for high volume, open-source if you need to self-host for compliance. The right model is the cheapest one that hits your quality bar.
It depends on the tool, the number of steps and whether AI is involved. You get one fixed price after a free 30-minute call. Most projects pay for themselves in 2 to 6 months, and we do that math before we start.
For most workflows, yes: that's how the APIs work. Both offer terms that keep your data out of training. For legal, medical or financial work, I can self-host an open-source model so nothing leaves your servers.
It alerts you (or me) on Slack or email straight away, retries on its own, and falls back to a manual queue so nothing gets lost. That's built in from the start, not added later.
