What this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Written in plain English.

  • I only collect what you send me through the form or the chat.
  • I use it to reply, quote and do the work.
  • I never sell it or use it for ads.
  • Ask me any time to see it or delete it.

01Who I am

This site belongs to Hammad Shahzad, a freelance web developer and automation consultant based in Lahore, Pakistan. When this policy says "I" or "me", it means me.

02What I collect

The contact form. Your name, email, phone number, company, the type of project, your budget and timeline, and your message.

The chat window. Anything you type into the chat, and your name, email or phone if you choose to share them.

Basic server logs. Like every website, my host records your IP address, browser and the pages you open. These are used for security and to fix errors.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If I add analytics, this page will say so before it goes live.

03How I use it

To reply to your message and send a quote.

To plan and run the project if we work together.

To keep the site secure and working.

I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising.

04Who else handles it

A few services help run this site. They only get what they need to do their job:

Hostinger hosts the site and delivers form messages to my inbox.

Tendabot runs the chat window. It is software I built and run.

Google Fonts serves the font this site uses, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.

05How long I keep it

I keep an enquiry only as long as I need it to reply and follow up. If we work together, I keep project records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

06Your rights

You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to how I use it.

If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

07Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data.

08Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. For any privacy question or request, use the contact form or email hello@innovationwithpixels.com.
